Are you stressed out? Is your life so busy that you don't know which way to turn next? Do you have questions about aspects of your life - like relationships, health, employment? These are many questions that you can answer for yourself during meditation.
Doctors have proven that your state of mind can contribute to the health of your body. When stressed, any weak spot in your body can be attacked by aches and pains, dis-ease, or lower your immune system. You may well feel irritable, maybe not be able to eat, concentrate, or feel as if you can't get anything done. Soon, you may need even more help than meditation can do.
Many people use meditation to bring out their creative side when writing, painting, or even decorating their house. They may have an image pop into their head or hear words in their inner mind about something. The good thing is that once the seed is planted they can then develop.
Meditation does not have to be a long, drawn out process in order for it to be beneficial for you. Even if you start with ten minutes of concentrated effort per day, you will see benefits. You may want to keep a journal just to remind yourself of some of the wonders that you discover. Let's all take a few deep breaths and relax in meditation. Article By Pat Muste
