CHANGES
Here is an article I wrote a long time ago which is very pertinent to my life and many other people’s also. Please read, enjoy, and take from it what you will.

Many people are going through all types of change right now – some of us are taking it in stride, some of us are fighting it all the way. When your life feels like it has completely fallen apart and you don’t know which way to turn, then is the time we need to ground and pull ourselves together.

There are many ways to ground and as many ways to pull yourself together. There are many people who will do a heavy duty exercise workout. Sometimes we just need to slow down, take a walk in nature, and enjoy what Mother Nature has to offer. There are many different scents that are very good at giving you the atmosphere arount you to be able to ground. Some of these scents are lavender, rose, sandalwood, patchouli, pine, and balsam of which you can get in the form of oils or incense.

Once we get ourselves grounded it is so much easier to take the time to look at all the things we can be grateful for in our lives. And then, it is easier to take a look at options to see what will work for the changes. I will leave you with the wish that you at least have some enjoyment on this journey we call life.

Oldies but Goodies – Tools for growth, empowerment, & protection

HERBS
